Refund Policy

When money comes back, and how.

C.1 The short version

Digital goods are non-refundable once downloaded, except where required by law or where the resource does not work as advertised.

If something is broken, we would much rather fix it or refund it than leave you stuck. Open a Billing / Purchase ticket before doing anything else.

C.2 When you are entitled to a refund

You are entitled to a refund where:

  • The resource does not work as advertised on a supported, reasonably current framework with an unmodified installation, and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
  • You were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged in error;
  • The resource was never delivered and we cannot deliver it;
  • Your consumer rights require it — see §C.5.

C.3 When you are not

  • You changed your mind after downloading.
  • You bought the wrong resource, or one you already owned.
  • It conflicts with a third-party resource we never claimed to support, and the conflict cannot reasonably be resolved.
  • You modified it and the modification broke it.
  • You want a refund but wish to keep using it.
  • Your server closed, changed framework, or your plans changed.

C.4 How to request one

  1. Open a Billing / Purchase ticket in our Discord.
  2. Include your Tebex transaction ID and describe the problem.
  3. For a fault, include your server console output — it is usually the fastest route to either a fix or a refund.

We respond within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 7 days.

Please contact us before starting a chargeback. A chargeback removes our ability to help, costs both of us, and triggers §A.7.

C.5 Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect rights you have under the law of your own country.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you normally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is usually lost once download begins, where you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged losing the right — which typically happens at Tebex checkout.

Where your statutory rights give you more than this policy does, your statutory rights win.

C.6 Tebex processes the money

Tebex Limited is the merchant of record. Refunds are issued through Tebex and appear by your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Tebex's own terms and dispute process apply to your transaction, and a Tebex decision may differ from ours. We will always tell you what we have decided and why; where Tebex reaches a different outcome, that outcome governs the money.

C.7 What happens after a refund

Your licence under Document B ends on refund. You must remove the resource from your servers. Your Discord package role is removed; your other purchases are unaffected.
