Pricing tiers
Bands, not fixed prices — every commission is quoted from its design. Turnaround is working time from your confirmed start date, not from payment.
System pricing is under review
We're re-measuring what a full system actually costs to build to our standard, so a quote may come back above the band below. You'll always get the real number in writing, from your design, before you pay anything — and you're free to walk away at that point.
Tweak

Ownership & licensing
What you get
Full source, and a perpetual, irrevocable licence to use, modify and deploy on any server you own or operate. Transferable once, on conditions (§23.9).
What we keep — read this part
We retain ownership of the commissioned work, and unless you buy exclusivity we may sell a derived version later. Never your configuration, branding or anything unique to you (§23.10).
Exclusivity
+100% of the quoted price of the quoted price. Yours alone, never resold, and nothing substantially similar built for anyone else.
Changes, delays & cancellation
What happens to your money and your work when something changes. Each of these restates a clause of the Terms of Service, which is what actually binds.
Scope changes §24
Adding to the spec mid-build is fine — it gets re-quoted as an addition, with its own price and its own effect on the delivery date. Nothing is added silently.
If we are late §25.4
You are told as soon as we know, with a revised date and the reason. If the delay is on us and you no longer want the work, you get your deposit back.
If you cancel §25.1–25.3
Before your slot starts, the deposit is refunded in full. After it starts, the deposit covers work already done and is not refunded — but you receive everything built so far: source, design document and tests, at whatever milestone it reached. The design fee is never refundable, because you already have the document.
Disputes §16
Raise it in the ticket. Everything is logged and transcripted, so there is always a record of what was agreed. A chargeback skips all of that and revokes access to every package on your account — talk to us first, it works better.
